1. All disputes pertaining to this transaction shall be referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996
2. The arbitration process and proceedings will be conducted at CMDA Sahakar Nagar Office in Pune.
3. Arbitration process will start after the prescribed fees are paid with all applicable taxes to CMDA.
4. Arbitrator for the matter will be appointed by CMDA Pune.
5. The award given by the appointed arbitrator would be binding on both the parties.
6. Arbitrator shall act as per the provisions of Arbitration & conciliation Act 1996.
7. The costs of Arbitration shall be shared by both the parties equally.
8. Arbitration fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. CMDA shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any consequential damages arising out of the Arbitration and the award for the same.
